Mindful Millet Muesli

INGREDIENTS:
 
1/2 cup Millet
1-1/2 cups Spring water
1 Banana, very ripe
1 Apple, chopped (Fuji, Braeburn or Red Delicious)
2 tablespoons Almonds, chopped
12 White Grapes, halved
 
DIRECTIONS: 
 
  1. Add cold water to about 1/2-inch above the grain line; bring to boil, stir, cover, and turn down heat to simmer gently until done (about 20 minutes).
  2. Mash the banana till creamy.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
