Mindful Millet Muesli

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Millet
1-1/2 cups Spring water
1 Banana, very ripe
1 Apple, chopped (Fuji, Braeburn or Red Delicious)
2 tablespoons Almonds, chopped
12 White Grapes, halved
DIRECTIONS:
- Add cold water to about 1/2-inch above the grain line; bring to boil, stir,
cover, and turn down heat to simmer gently until done (about 20 minutes).
- Mash the banana till creamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
- Serve immediately.
